If you already know the old Roosevelt Island, you'll notice a few changes. If you're a new visitor, the Island's many attractions have been spruced up just for you!

ROSÉ SPRITZ

  • 1 PART Three Olives® Rosé Vodka
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Pour Vodka into a glass with ice, top with club soda. Garnish with a Grapefruit twist.

FROSÉ ROSÉ

Produces 64 - 6oz cocktails

  • 1 bottle mix
  • 2 gallons water
  • 1.5 liters of Three Olives® Rosé
  • Combine all ingredients and one cup of ice in blender. Blend and Garnish.
  • If using frozen drink machine, combine ingredients in the basin of a slushy machine. Add 1 part water to the recipe and allow time to freeze.

Showcase appetite appeal and a level of aspiration through: a unique glass, an interesting name or a creative garnish.

POS GIVEAWAY WATCH OUTS

Sampling consumers and introducing them to Three Olives® Vodka is #1 priority POS can be given out to consumers but should NEVER be used as a tool to entice purchase.

If a consumer asks you how they can get a promotional item and you have items left please offer them one while you educate them on the brand.

Brand Ambassadors should make sure the POS lasts through the end of the promotion, only giving one item per consumer will help make that happen.

Brand Ambassador should be creative with the Bartender t-shirts during training and should utilize as a staff appreciation piece:

  • Run a quick cocktail program and award best cocktail,
  • Use as a thank you to the manager
  • Train the staff and see if they can answer the quiz questions



BRAND AMBASSADOR GUIDELINES

Appearance Guidelines:

  • Personable, "Girl Next Door" overall look
  • Natural Makeup, Hair down or in a polished ponytail
  • Manicured nails
  • No jewelry
  • No visible tattoos or piercings other than ears

Ambassador Uniform:

  • Each Model will wear branded tank top included in your kit
  • White Jeans or white jean shorts, shorts only for casual accounts where that look is requested
  • Nude pumps with white Jeans, white converse with white jean shorts
  • No show socks



THE BRAND AMBASSADOR MUST ALWAYS:

  • Arrive on time and in uniform with POS
  • Introduce themselves to the manager and/or wait staff upon arrival
  • Be prepared, responsible and professional
  • Be friendly and knowledgeable about Three Olives Vodka
  • Be outgoing, fun and have the ability to talk to all types of people
  • ALWAYS indicate the brand name “Three Olives Vodka” when talking with consumers
  • Know and explain to consumers what they are promoting – Three Olives brand, Three Olives drink name, drink price.
  • Know what flavors the account carries and if there are any signature drinks from the cocktail menu
  • Encourage consumers to check out the website and Facebook page
  • Take pictures of consumers
  • Educate consumers & as a way to distribute POS effectively
  • Make all POS last through the end of the promotion
  • Thank the manager & staff
  • Clean up area they are working in and leave the account immediately
  • Complete the event recap form



THE BRAND AMBASSADOR MUST NEVER:

  • Eat or drink anything at a promotion (water is acceptable)
  • Be sitting at a promotion
  • Be rude to bar manager and/or wait staff
  • Stay at an account after the promotion while still in uniform
  • Promote another brand while working a promotion for Three Olives Vodka
  • Arrive at an account late or leave an account before the end of an event
  • Accept tips from consumers; turn over any tips to bartenders immediately
  • Lie. If you are asked a question and you don't know the answer, simply say "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" and try to find the answer
  • Talk negatively about competitive products
  • Chew gum or use cell phone
  • Drink alcohol of any kind at any promotion

Your Success Checklist

  • Your Success = Your Sales
    Your conversion rate is the percentage of people you sample that purchase, If you sample 10 people and sell 1 bottle that is a 10% conversion rate . Your conversion rate should be a minimum of 25%. Start the event with a goal and manage your sales to meet that goal. Do not leave your event without knowing your sales. Low sales could result in removal from the program.

  • Your POS must be used correctly
  • Document your work by taking great photos, our best looking events and recaps will win a prize each month.
  • Natural Pretty Make-Up does not mean show up like you just woke up, it means pretty, polished, presentable and glowing. Brush your hair or wear it in a an attractive up do, wear makeup that highlights your natural beauty in a tasteful way. Follow your program guidelines, if it asks for hair up and a red lip please do as requested.
  • Be honest on your recap about right time/account, the wrong time and wrong account effects your sales and could effect your ability to continue working on the program.
